This six-session Zoom course is for people who already love their lives—and know there is more waiting to be discovered. It is also for those who may feel unsure about what comes next and are ready to explore new possibilities in this season of their life.

Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical wisdom drawn from lived experience, participants will explore what they have discovered and/or created and how to live fully into it. This course is not about fixing what is broken, but about recognizing what is ready to emerge.

The course includes one intentional gap week for integration and reflection. The final session on March 12, 2026, will be a celebration offered both in person and via Zoom.

Facilitated by Cathy Oberkampf, Licensed Unity Teacher (LUT), Unity of New Braunfels. Cathy has taught this course for many years, including at Utah State University and beyond.

Zoom links will be provided to all registered participants and will also appear in the weekly Zoom links newsletter. Registered participants will be added to the weekly and monthly Unity of NB newsletters unless they request otherwise.  You may join the class through the first session.
