WHAT I LOVE ABOUT UNITY

What I love about Unity is that it speaks to both my heart and my mind. Unity offers a positive, practical, and progressive approach to spirituality—one that invites me to awaken to my divine nature and live from that awareness.

Each morning, I begin with affirmative prayer, spiritual study, and meditation. These practices help me align with the Divine within and live more consciously through love and compassion.

In Unity, we see Jesus as our Way Shower and Master Teacher—one who realized his divine potential and revealed our capacity to do the same. Unity doesn’t tell me what to think; it teaches me how to think from a higher consciousness.

Unity embraces science, psychology, and mysticism, seeing no conflict between faith and reason. It reminds me that God is not separate from me but the very life within me—and that love is the greatest power in the universe.
