Yoga Class

6:15 P.M. - 7:15 P.M.

Yoga enhances the body, mind and spirit connection, and improves health and mental well-being.

Classes include basic positions anyone can do, regardless of age, level of fitness, weight or degree of flexibility.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat or towel to sit on, and don't eat anything an hour before class.
